The Unburger
Freshly ground organic beef top sirloin with caramelized onions and bordelaise sauce. No bun, but served with homemade potato chips and a side of mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette.  
Chicken Breast
 Grilled chicken breast served with thyme and shallot sauce with braised French white beans. 
Grilled Salmon Salad
 Grilled salmon served over mixed greens with cilantro vinaigrette. With avocado, crumbled feta cheese, green beans, and tomatoes.

Seared Ahi Salad
Sashimi grade tuna in a sesame seed crust served over organic greens with cucumber, orange, avocado, and a ginger vinaigrette.

Pasta
Three Ways
Your choice of:

  • Grilled Seafood with roasted vegetables in a garlic and tomato broth.

  • Roasted Chicken with vegetables, fresh herbs in a light white wine and savory sauce.

  • Roasted vegetables with fresh herbs, diced tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and grated parmesan.
